Two-Component Waterborne Acrylic/Epoxy Floor Top Coat

Name:	Kingcoat FT-4000WB/FT-5000WB/FT-6000WB/FT-7000WB
Introduction:	A two-component, ambient temperature cure, waterborne acrylic/epoxy top coat which is applied for coating on exterior/interior cementitious substrates. When it cures, it forms a tough, hard and UV resistant finish, which gives a seamless, dustproof and easy to clean surface. The coat formed is resistant to many mild chemicals, oil and water, also provides good abrasion, impact resistances and easy to maintenance. It allows the floor concrete to “breathe” and is multi-functionally, eco-friendly in nature. This product is usually applied for floor topping materials, especially is suitable to exterior areas such as stadium, court, swimming pool, car park, rood and bridge etc., and is available in custom color shades.
Mixing Ratio:	A-component/B-component (respectively)=16/1, 20/1, 24/1, 28/1 (weight)
Package:	A-component (respectively)=16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg; B-component=1kg

Application Procedure
While applying Kingcoat two-component acrylic/epoxy topcoat series, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Let the surface dry to saturated surface dry (SSD) condition. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc, using cement mortar or our Kingbond repair compound. Let the surface dry completely and polish it with grinding leveling. Apply a coat of Kingcoat FP-400WB liberally by brush or roller over the surface. Allow the surface to be touch-dry. Mix the A and B parts of Kingcoat FIC-1800WB thoroughly, to get a uniform consistency. Trowel the first coat over this primer coat. Allow the coat to cure for 12 hours. Again trowel the second coat over the first coat, preferably in a perpendicular direction to the first coat, and so on until the coating thickness. Let the coat dry completely and polish it with grinding leveling. Apply the first coat of Kingcoat two-component acrylic/epoxy topcoat liberally by brush or roller over this intermediate coat. Allow the coat to cure for 12 hours. Again apply the second coat over the first coat, preferably in a perpendicular direction to the first coat. Let the system cure for 24 hours. Protect the treatment during the curing period from mechanical disturbances, water splashes, direct sunlight & heat. Areas
