     Kingcure390, a kind of modified imidazole addition compound latent epoxy resin curing agent, is light yellow and powdery (the average grain size is 10um ); it can be not only independently used in a monocomponent epoxy system, but also used as a curing promoter of other latent epoxy systems (such as dicyandiamide, phenolic resin or acid anhydride); and compared with other epoxy resin latent curing agents (overseas famous brands such as Ajinomoto, ADK or Fuji Chemicals), it has the characteristics of low curing temperature, short curing time, long storage period, higher glass conversion temperature of cured products, etc. Generally, the product is applied to insulated materials of electric devices, various laminated products, bonding gents, etc., and can provide excellent properties of chemical resistance, temperature resistance, low water absorption, high toughness and high insulation and high bonding property for metal, glass, alloy, etc.
